A Brief History

Walsh Homes was established in 1991 as the partnership of James and Amanda Walsh, The focus was initially building quality family homes for the First home buyer market.

'Spec Homes' (Houses the Company builds with intent to re-sell during or apon Completion) were also built to match the markets needs in the North Queensland area, With James a hands-on carpenter and Amanda focused on interior decoration and business  administration many of these spec homes were built.

James and Amanda built a strong business in the Townsville region through recomendations of previous clients. With many clients building their next houses with Walsh Homes.

In 2002 Walsh Homes became an Established company and is still to this day going strong, Walsh Homes PTY LTD aThe fddas2213211s for personal service and a quality built home above all, building 10-15 homes a year allows each of our clients (Investor or First home buyer alike) to get the best quality of service available, second to none.
